Team Selections

All players must register with BDNC for the relevant season.

There are no team selection requirements for U9s, U10s, and U11s.  

​

All other players must complete online registration and then must attend one of the grading days held prior to the season – dates and venue will be advertised for each age group. BDNC follows Netball Victoria’s Selection Guidelines when selecting teams.

Players will be informed of their team prior to season commencement. This may be via phone or email.

 

After the advertised registration period has closed, a player will only be able to register with the club if there is a vacant position in a team of their age group. If no position is available, the player will be placed on a waiting list.

Current club members will be given precedence over new members for team positions, with new members being accepted where positions are available.

The committee will make every endeavour to accept all interested players but may need to cap team numbers in the interest of all team members. Teams will generally be no larger than 10 players per team.

​

In fairness to all members, BDNC will not allow members with outstanding fees to register for a new season until the outstanding amount is paid to the club in full.
